Dillon’s Cocktail Competition

On Thursday, January 28th, 2015, 40+ cocktail connoisseurs joined us to guest judge our first-ever Dillon’s cocktail competition!

Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Michael Wilson, including dishes like venison tartare and roasted quail, as Adam D’Intino of Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers and Sara Kuz of Luma competed in four rounds of heated mixology.
