Rolling Out Fresh Italian Pasta Dough on Table at Luma

It started with a culinary journey through the streets and restaurants of Liguria, Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta, and ends with a stunning five-course dinner with pairings, presented by our own District Chef Michael Wilson and the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario.

From classic Giardiniera to a rich White Ragù & Saffron Gnocchi, Chef Michael has crafted a menu showcasing authentic flavours and cooking techniques inspired by his travels through Northern Italy.
